viṣuve ravi-saṃkrāntau vyatipāte ca putraka

Translation

اے بیٹے! جب بہترین برہمن میسر ہو، تو سورج یا چاند کے گرہن میں، اَیَن (انقلابِ موسم) کے مواقع پر، اعتدال (وِشُو) میں، سنکرانتی میں اور وْیَتیپات میں (شرادھ کیا جا سکتا ہے)۔
