ततः प्रहृष्टः प्रतिलभ्य कान्तां प्रणम्य नागं निजगाम सोऽथ ।
सुशोभमानः स्वपुरं तमश्वम् आरुह्य संचितितमभ्युपतेम् ॥
tataḥ prahṛṣṭaḥ pratilabhya kāntāṃ praṇamya nāgaṃ nijagāma so ’tha |
suśobhamānaḥ svapuraṃ tam aśvam āruhya saṃcintitam abhyupatem ||
پھر وہ خوش ہو کر اپنی محبوبہ کو دوبارہ پا کر، ناگ کو پرنام کر کے لوٹ آیا۔ وہ درخشاں ہو کر اُس گھوڑے پر سوار ہوا اور اپنے عزم کو پیشِ نظر رکھتے ہوئے اپنے شہر کی طرف روانہ ہوا۔
