धृतराष्ट्रस्य क्रतु-प्रवर्तनम् तथा पाण्डवानां निमन्त्रण-प्रतिवचनम्
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Sacrifice Commences and the Pandavas’ Reply to the Invitation
ताननादृत्य गन्धर्वास्तद् वनं विविशुर्महत् । यदा वाचा न तिष्ठन्ति धार्तराष्ट्रा: सराजका:
tān anādṛtya gandharvāstad vanaṁ viviśur mahat | yadā vācā na tiṣṭhanti dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ sarājakāḥ ||
انہیں نظرانداز کرکے گندھرو اس وسیع جنگل میں داخل ہوگئے۔ کیونکہ جب راجا سمیت دھرتراشٹر کے بیٹے معقول اور ناصحانہ بات پر قائم نہیں رہتے، تو وہ بےقابو ہوکر نصیحت کی پروا کیے بغیر آگے بڑھ پڑتے ہیں۔
