ततो<परैरवार्यन्त गन्धर्वै: कुरुसैनिका: । ते वार्यमाणा गन्धर्वै: साम्नैव वसुधाधिप

Transliteration

tato 'parair avāryanta gandharvaiḥ kuru-sainikāḥ | te vāryamāṇā gandharvaiḥ sāmnaiva vasudhādhipa, tatas te khecarāḥ sarve citrasenam nyavedayan |

Translation

پھر دوسرے گندھروؤں نے کورو سپاہیوں کو نرم و صلح آمیز باتوں سے روکنے کی کوشش کی؛ مگر وہ گندھروؤں کی بات کو حقیر جان کر اسی عظیم جنگل کے اندر بڑھتے چلے گئے۔ جب دُریودھن سمیت کَورو محض زبانی منع کرنے پر بھی نہ رکے، تو آسمان میں گردش کرنے والے ان سب گندھروؤں نے بادشاہ چِترسین کو سارا ماجرا عرض کر دیا۔
