ये वै भेदनशीलास्तु सकामा निस्त्रपा: शठा: । ये पापा इति विख्याता: संवासे परिगर्लहिता:,दूसरोंमें फ़ूट डालनेका जिनका स्वभाव है, जो कामी, निर्लज्ज, शठ और प्रसिद्ध पापी हैं, वे साथ रखनेके अयोग्य--निन्दित माने गये हैं
ye vai bhedanaśīlāstu sakāmā nistrapāḥ śaṭhāḥ | ye pāpā iti vikhyātāḥ saṃvāse parigarhitāḥ ||
ودور نے کہا— جن کی فطرت ہی پھوٹ ڈالنا ہو، جو شہوت پرست، بےحیا، مکار اور گناہگار کے طور پر مشہور ہوں— وہ صحبت کے لائق نہیں؛ انہیں قابلِ ملامت سمجھا گیا ہے۔
