सारोहास्तुरगा: पेतुर्हतवीरा: सहस्रश: । टूटे-फूटे और अस्त-व्यस्त हुए कवच, अलंकार एवं आभूषणोंसहित सहसीरों घोड़े अपने बहादुर सवारोंके मारे जानेपर उनके साथ ही गिर पड़ते थे
sārohās turagāḥ petur hata-vīrāḥ sahasraśaḥ |
ہزاروں گھوڑے—جن کے بہادر سوار مارے گئے تھے—ٹوٹے پھوٹے اور بکھرے ہوئے زرہوں، زیوروں اور آرائشوں سمیت اپنے یودھاؤں کے ساتھ ہی زمین پر گر پڑتے تھے۔
