कीर्तन श्रवर्णं दान॑ दर्शनं चापि पार्थिव | गवां प्रशस्यते वीर सर्वपापहरं शिवम्‌

Transliteration

kīrtanaśravaṇaṁ dānaṁ darśanaṁ cāpi pārthiva | gavāṁ praśasyate vīra sarvapāpaharaṁ śivam ||

Translation

اے بہادر بادشاہ! گایوں کے نام و اوصاف کا کیرتن اور اس کا سماع، گودان، اور گائے کا درشن—ان سب کی شاستروں میں بڑی ستائش کی گئی ہے۔ یہ اعمال تمام گناہوں کو دور کر کے اعلیٰ ترین بھلائی اور سعادت تک پہنچانے والے قرار دیے گئے ہیں۔
