एवं व्युष्टिमहं प्राप्तो ब्राह्मणस्य प्रसादजाम् । यच्च मामाह भीष्मो<यं तत्सत्यं भरतर्षभ
evaṁ vyuṣṭim ahaṁ prāpto brāhmaṇasya prasādajām | yac ca mām āha bhīṣmo 'yaṁ tat satyaṁ bharatarṣabha ||
یوں میں نے برہمن کے فضل و کرم سے پیدا ہونے والا بہترین اجر پایا۔ اور یہ بھیشم میرے بارے میں جو کچھ کہتے ہیں، اے بھرتوں کے سردار، وہ سب سراسر سچ ہے۔
