अ॒जो भा॒गस्तप॑स॒स्तं त॑पस्व॒ तं ते॑ शो॒चिस्त॑पतु॒ तं ते॑ अ॒र्चिः । यास्ते॑ शि॒वास्त॒न्वोऽ जातवेद॒स्ताभि॑र्वहैनं सु॒कृता॑मु लो॒कम्
ajó bhāgás tápasas táṃ tapasva táṃ te śocís tapatu táṃ te arcíḥ | yā́s te śivā́s tanvò jātavedas tā́bhir vahainaṃ sukṛ́tām u lokám
Unborn is the share of holy heat—do thou heat that; let thy blaze heat it, let thy flame-tongue [do so]. With those thy kindly forms, O Jātavedas, bear thou this man—yea—unto the world of the well-deserving.
