चिन्तया जायते दुःखं नान्यथेहेति निश्चयी ।
तया हीनः सुखी शान्तः सर्वत्र गलितस्पृहः ॥ ११-५॥
cintayā jāyate duḥkhaṃ nānyatheheti niścayī .
tayā hīnaḥ sukhī śāntaḥ sarvatra galitaspṛhaḥ .. 11-5..
جو یقین رکھتا ہے کہ دکھ فکر سے جنم لیتا ہے، کسی اور سبب سے نہیں، وہ فکر سے خالی ہو کر خوش، پُرسکون اور ہر جگہ خواہش سے آزاد رہتا ہے۔
The verse states that suffering arises from worry and from no other cause, according to the certainty of the wise one.
The person becomes happy, peaceful, and free from desires everywhere.
