Sutra 28

दुर्गप्रतिष्टब्धयोरपि स्थलनदीदुर्गीयाभ्यां स्थलदुर्गीयाद्भूमिलाभः श्रेयान् ॥ कZ_०७.१०.२८ ॥

durgapratiṣṭabdhayor api sthalanadīdurgīyābhyāṃ sthaladurgīyād bhūmilābhaḥ śreyān

اگرچہ دونوں فریق قلعوں کے سہارے مضبوط ہوں، پھر بھی خشکی کے قلعہ بند اور دریا کے قلعہ بند دشمن میں، خشکی کے قلعہ بند دشمن سے علاقہ حاصل کرنا زیادہ بہتر ہے۔
