तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
لہٰذا شاہی کاتب میں وزیرانہ اہلیتیں ہوں؛ وہ ہر موقع/سیاق و آداب سے واقف ہو، تیزی سے لکھنے والا ہو، اس کے حروف واضح اور خوش خط ہوں، اور لکھنے اور بلند آواز سے پڑھ کر سنانے—دونوں میں ماہر ہو۔
