It specifies key pūjā/utsava requisites: offering dhūpa (incense), arranging attractive ceremonial items, displaying patākā (banners), and assembling the full set of vāditra (musical instruments) as part of formal worship or a procession.
Beyond theology, it documents practical temple-ritual logistics—materials (incense), visual markers (flags), and sonic elements (instruments)—showing how the text functions as a manual for ritual administration and public religious ceremony.
Providing dhūpa, auspicious decoration, and ritual music supports a complete, pleasing worship environment, understood to enhance devotional merit (puṇya) and the sanctifying atmosphere of the rite.
