वरिवस्या तु शुश्रूषा परिचर्याप्युपासनम् नियमो ब्रतमस्त्री तच्चोपवासादि पुण्यकम्

‘وریوسیا’ سے مراد توجہ کے ساتھ خدمت ہے؛ ‘شُشروُشا’ عقیدت کے ساتھ حاضری اور تیمارداری ہے؛ اور ‘پریچریا’ بھی عبادت نما خدمت ہے۔ ‘نیَم’ دینی ضبطِ نفس ہے؛ ‘ورت’ عہد بند ریاضت ہے؛ اور وہ روزہ وغیرہ جیسے اعمالِ ثواب پر مشتمل ہوتا ہے۔
