جب زمین ریت اور کیچڑ سے ڈھکی ہو اور گڑھوں اور نشیب و فراز سے خطرناک بن گئی ہو، تو جو کند ذہن آدمی مناسب تدبیر کے بغیر وہاں گاڑی چلانے کی کوشش کرے، وہ احمق ہے۔
