ज्योतिष्मतीपत्ररसं पयसा त्रिफलां पिवेत् मधुनाज्यन्ततस्तद्वत् शतावर्या रजः पलं

jyotiṣmatīpatrarasaṃ payasā triphalāṃ pivet madhunājyantatastadvat śatāvaryā rajaḥ palaṃ

جیو تشمتی کے پتّوں کا رس دودھ کے ساتھ پئے اور تریفلا کو بھی بطور مشروب لے۔ پھر اسی طرح شہد اور گھی ملا کر شتاوری کا سفوف ایک پل مقدار میں استعمال کرے۔
