पञ्चगव्यञ्चरुन्दन्तकाष्ठञ्चैव क्रमाद्भवेत् पुराणश्रवणं स्तोत्रं पठन् जागरणं निशि

pañcagavyañcarundantakāṣṭhañcaiva kramādbhavet purāṇaśravaṇaṃ stotraṃ paṭhan jāgaraṇaṃ niśi

ترتیب کے ساتھ پنچ گویہ، چرو کی آہوتی اور دَنت کاشٹھ (مسواک) استعمال کرے۔ رات میں جاگَرَن کرے—پوران کا سماع کرتے ہوئے اور ستوتر کا پاٹھ کرتے ہوئے۔
