कूर्मं पीठे ह्य् अनन्तञ्च यमं सूर्यादिमण्डलं पाठः स्वकामान् दाहयेत् सुधीः इति ख, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः स्वकमाह्लादयेत् सुधीरिति ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः स्थलं तेन तु संसिच्य हस्ते ध्यात्वा हरिं पठेदिति ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः पद्ममिति ख, ग, ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकत्रयपाठः विमलाद्याः केशरस्थानुग्रहा कर्णिका स्थिता
kūrmaṃ pīṭhe hy anantañca yamaṃ sūryādimaṇḍalaṃ pāṭhaḥ svakāmān dāhayet sudhīḥ iti kha, cihnitapustakapāṭhaḥ svakamāhlādayet sudhīriti ṅa, cihnitapustakapāṭhaḥ sthalaṃ tena tu saṃsicya haste dhyātvā hariṃ paṭhediti ṅa, cihnitapustakapāṭhaḥ padmamiti kha, ga, ṅa, cihnitapustakatrayapāṭhaḥ vimalādyāḥ keśarasthānugrahā karṇikā sthitā
پیٹھ پر کُورم اور اَننت (شیش) نیز سورج وغیرہ کے منڈلوں کا دھیان کرے۔ پاتھ بھید کے مطابق یہ جپ دانا کے دنیوی مقاصد کو جلا دیتا ہے؛ دوسرے پاتھ میں اسے خواہشوں کو مسرّت/تکمیل دینے والا کہا گیا ہے۔ اس (جل/ودھی) سے جگہ کو پروکش کر کے، ہاتھ میں ہری کا دھیان کرکے منتر پڑھے۔ پھر پدم کا دھیان کرے—وِملا وغیرہ کیسر-स्थान میں اور کرنِکا مرکز میں قائم ہے۔
