Narration of the Exemplum of the Pativratā

Devoted Wife

त्वया शुभाशुभं कर्म नित्यं पूजा मनस्विनाम् ॥ रागो वा रोषमोहौ वा न कर्तव्यौ सदा सताम् ॥

tvayā śubhāśubhaṃ karma nityaṃ pūjā manasvinām | rāgo vā roṣamohau vā na kartavyau sadā satām ||

Dapat mong laging timbangin ang mabuti at masamang gawa, at parangalan ang mga mararangal na may isip na dalisay. Sa mga mabubuti, hindi kailanman dapat isagawa ang pagkapit, ni galit, ni pagkalito.
