तिष्ठेज्जलाशये गत्वा शान्तो दान्तो यतव्रतः ॥ अनन्यमानसो भूत्वा मम चिन्तापरायणः ॥
tiṣṭhejjālāśaye gatvā śānto dānto yatavrataḥ || ananyamānaso bhūtvā mama cintāparāyaṇaḥ ||
Pagdating sa isang pampang ng tubig o imbakan, manatili siya roon—payapa, mapagpigil sa sarili, at matatag sa panata—na may iisang diwa, laging nakatuon sa pagninilay sa akin.
