Rites for the comb, collyrium, and mirror; initiations for the four social orders; and the Gaṇāntikā vow/insignia

ततो भूम्या वचः श्रुत्वा आदिरव्यक्तसम्भवः ॥ मधुरं स्वरमादाय प्रत्युवाच वसुन्धराम्

tato bhūmyā vacaḥ śrutvā ādir avyaktasambhavaḥ || madhuraṃ svaram ādāya pratyuvāca vasundharām

Nang marinig ang mga salita ni Bhūmi, ang Unang Nilalang—na isinilang mula sa di-nahahayag—ay kumuha ng banayad na tinig at sumagot kay Vasundharā.
