कृतस्नानजपः पश्चात्सूर्यायार्घ्यं निवेदयेत् । रक्तचंदनतोयेन करवीरयुतेन च । कृत्वार्घपात्रं शिरसि मंत्रेणानेन दापयेत्

Transliteration

kṛtasnānajapaḥ paścātsūryāyārghyaṃ nivedayet | raktacaṃdanatoyena karavīrayutena ca | kṛtvārghapātraṃ śirasi maṃtreṇānena dāpayet

Translation

Pagkatapos ganapin ang paliligo sa ritwal at ang japa, maghandog ng arghya kay Sūrya gamit ang tubig na pinabanguhan ng pulang sandalwood at hinaluan ng mga bulaklak ng karavīra (oleander). Ilagay ang sisidlang arghya sa ibabaw ng ulo bilang paggalang, at ihandog habang binibigkas ang sumusunod na mantra.
