भविष्यति नृणां लोके तव सौख्यविवर्द्धनम् । पितॄणां तव तोयेन यः करिष्यति तर्पणम् । पूर्वोक्तेन विधानेन तस्य पुण्यफलं शृणु
bhaviṣyati nṛṇāṃ loke tava saukhyavivarddhanam | pitṝṇāṃ tava toyena yaḥ kariṣyati tarpaṇam | pūrvoktena vidhānena tasya puṇyaphalaṃ śṛṇu
Sa daigdig ng mga tao, ito’y magpapalago ng iyong kaligayahan. Sinumang gumamit ng iyong tubig upang magsagawa ng tarpaṇa para sa mga Pitṛ ayon sa paraang naunang sinabi—pakinggan ngayon ang bungang-pala ng kanyang kabutihan.
