प्रार्थनाभङ्गभीताश्च ततो देवाः सवासवाः । प्रणष्टास्तान्सुरान्दृष्ट्वा ब्राह्मणाश्चानुवव्रजुः
prārthanābhaṅgabhītāśca tato devāḥ savāsavāḥ | praṇaṣṭāstānsurāndṛṣṭvā brāhmaṇāścānuvavrajuḥ
Sa takot na mabigo ang mga kahilingan ng mga brāhmaṇa, ang mga diyos—kasama si Indra—ay naglaho. Nang makita ng mga brāhmaṇa na naglaho ang mga diyos, sumunod sila sa kanilang bakas.
