तस्यैव दक्षिणे भागे सर्वपापप्रणाशिनी । तस्यां स्नात्वा च वै सम्यग्यः श्राद्धं कुरुते नरः । स पितॄंस्तारयेत्सर्वान्नरकान्नात्र संशयः
tasyaiva dakṣiṇe bhāge sarvapāpapraṇāśinī | tasyāṃ snātvā ca vai samyagyaḥ śrāddhaṃ kurute naraḥ | sa pitṝṃstārayetsarvānnarakānnātra saṃśayaḥ
Sa dakong timog nito ay may pook/batis na pumupuksa sa lahat ng kasalanan. Ang sinumang maligo roon nang wasto at magsagawa ng śrāddha ay magliligtas sa lahat ng kanyang mga ninuno mula sa impiyerno—walang alinlangan dito.
