svayaṃbhūḥ prathame nāma dvitīye padmabhūḥ smṛtaḥ | tṛtīye viśvakartteti bālarūpī turīyake

Translation

Sa unang kalpa, ang aking pangalan ay Svayaṃbhū; sa ikalawa, ako’y inaalala bilang Padmabhū; sa ikatlo, bilang Viśvakartṛ; at sa ikaapat, bilang Bālarūpī.
