श्रादभुक्प्रातरुत्थाय प्रकुर्याद्दन्तधावनम् । श्राद्धकर्ता न कुर्वीत दन्तानां धावनं बुधः

Transliteration

śrādabhukprātarutthāya prakuryāddantadhāvanam | śrāddhakartā na kurvīta dantānāṃ dhāvanaṃ budhaḥ

Translation

Ang sinumang kumain ng handog na pagkain ng śrāddha ay dapat bumangon sa umaga at magsagawa ng paglilinis ng ngipin. Ngunit ang mismong nagsasagawa ng ritwal na śrāddha, bilang marunong, ay hindi nararapat maglinis ng ngipin habang isinasagawa ang pagtalima sa śrāddha.
