sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ sūryaṃ śirasi pūjayet | śaṃbhavāyeti maṃtreṇa ravernetre parāmṛśet
Sa (Puruṣa-sūkta) mantrang “sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ…”, sambahin si Sūrya sa bahagi ng ulo; at sa mantrang “śaṃbhavāya…”, hipuin nang may paggalang ang mga mata ni Ravi.
