Type: kshetra
Scene: The king, guided by learned Brahmins, performs the naming rite and names his daughter ‘Sāvitrī’, acknowledging the goddess’ grace and worship.
Worship (pūjā) bears fruit through divine pleasure and is harmonized with dharma through the guidance of learned elders.
The narrative continues the Prabhāsa—Sāvitrī-sthala episode where worship yields boons.
Pūjā of Sāvitrī is highlighted as the means by which the boon is secured.
