श्रुत्वा कोलाहलं शब्दं कर्णत्रोटनजं तदा । धाविता रक्षकास्तत्र राजशासनकारकाः

śrutvā kolāhalaṃ śabdaṃ karṇatroṭanajaṃ tadā | dhāvitā rakṣakāstatra rājaśāsanakārakāḥ

Nang marinig ang maingay na tunog na iyon—na nagmumula sa pagkapunit ng mga tainga—ang mga guwardiya ay tumakbo roon, yaong mga inatasang magpatupad ng utos ng hari.
