यच्छ्रुत्वा मानवो देवि मुच्यते सर्वपातकैः । ये केचित्सागरांतायां पृथिव्यां कीर्तिता द्विजाः

Transliteration

yacchrutvā mānavo devi mucyate sarvapātakaiḥ | ye kecitsāgarāṃtāyāṃ pṛthivyāṃ kīrtitā dvijāḥ

Translation

Kapag narinig ito, O Devī, ang tao ay napapalaya sa lahat ng kasalanan. Anumang mga Brāhmaṇa na bantog sa buong daigdig na napapaligiran ng karagatan—ang kanilang kaluwalhatian ay nasasaklaw dito.
