दिनमानं प्रवक्ष्यामि ब्रह्मणो लोककर्तृणः । नेत्रभागाच्चतुर्भागस्त्रुटिः कालो निगद्यते
dinamānaṃ pravakṣyāmi brahmaṇo lokakartṛṇaḥ | netrabhāgāccaturbhāgastruṭiḥ kālo nigadyate
Ipapaliwanag ko ang sukat ng isang araw ni Brahmā, ang tagapaglikha ng mga daigdig. Ang ‘truṭi’ ay sinasabing yunit ng panahon na napakaliit, katumbas ng ikaapat na bahagi ng isang bahagi ng kisap-mata.
