Transliteration

bhavantameva prathamaṃ vyājahāra svayaṃ prabhuḥ | munīnāṃ saṃhitāṃ vaktuṃ vyāsaḥ paurāṇikīṃ kathām

Translation

Si Vyāsa mismo, ang marangal na pantas, ang unang tumawag sa iyo lamang, upang ipahayag mo sa mga muni ang kalipunan at ang banal na salaysay na Purāṇiko.
