Tirtha: द्वारका-क्षेत्र (Kṛṣṇa-sannidhi)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Pilgrims arrive at Dvārakā; the temple of Kṛṣṇa radiates; a symbolic map-like aura shows many tīrthas merging into the kṣetra as if rivers of merit flow into one sanctum.
Dvārakā is exalted as a supremely concentrated field of merit: proximity to Kṛṣṇa there is said to equal the fruits of all tīrthas.
Dvārakā, specifically ‘Kṛṣṇa-sannidhi’—the holy presence/abode of Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
Spending even one day in Dvārakā in devotion and proximity to Kṛṣṇa is implied as a powerful religious observance.
