Type: kshetra
Scene: A cosmic visualization: the seven higher lokas named as luminous tiers within the body-aura of Janārdana; devas, asuras, and humans appear as small figures within His radiance, indicating all are constituted by Him.
All realms and beings are pervaded by the Lord; recognizing the world as divine fosters devotion and reverence.
The Dvārakā sacred region (within Dvārakā Māhātmya), where the Lord’s presence sanctifies the landscape and its waters.
No specific ritual is prescribed here; it is a theological praise establishing the Lord as the essence of all worlds.
