Lomaharṣaṇa Sūta (deduced: Māheśvarakhaṇḍa narration to sages)
Tirtha: Kedāra (Kedāranātha-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A group of beings—previously serene—pause in contemplation, faces turned inward, brows slightly furrowed, as if sensing an unseen force disrupting their Śiva-born tranquility.
Association with Śiva purifies and steadies the mind, so any sudden agitation prompts discernment and inquiry into its cause.
Kedāra-kṣetra, presented as a place where Śiva’s presence bestows sāttvika qualities.
No explicit rite; the emphasis is on inner discernment (vimarśa) and the effect of proximity to Śiva.
