शिरस्यगस्त्यमाधाय तथैव च पुरंदरम् । उदक्यादर्शनं स्पर्शं वर्ज्यं संभाषणं तथा

Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

Taglay sa isip si Agastya at gayundin si Purandara (Indra) bilang mga iginagalang na huwaran, iwasan ang pagtingin sa babaeng may buwanang dalaw, iwasan ang paghipo, at iwasan din ang pakikipag-usap sa panahon ng pag-iingat.
