नादेन तस्य ग्रसनस्य संख्ये महायुधैश्चार्दितसर्वगात्राः । गते कृथांते वसुधां च निष्प्रभे चकंपिरे कांदिशिकाः सुरास्ते
nādena tasya grasanasya saṃkhye mahāyudhaiścārditasarvagātrāḥ | gate kṛthāṃte vasudhāṃ ca niṣprabhe cakaṃpire kāṃdiśikāḥ surāste
Sa labang iyon, yumanig ang mga diyos sa ugong ni Grasana at nabugbog ang bawat sangkap ng kanilang katawan sa mga dakilang sandata; at nang si Kṛtānta (Yama) ay lumisan at ang lupa’y nagdilim, sila’y nanginig sa takot at nagkalat na tumakas sa pagkalito.
