Transliteration

viśīryatkeśadaśanaṃ nīyamānaṃ ca dakṣiṇe | ātmānaṃ yatsamadrākṣīḥ kuṭuṃbasyāpi bhīṣaṇam

Translation

Nakita mo ang iyong sarili na nalalagas ang buhok at mga ngipin, at hinihila patimog—nakapangingilabot ito, maging sa iyong sambahayan, sapagkat nagbabadya rin ng pangamba sa pamilya.
