मनाक्चिंतितमात्रं तु चेल्लभंते न तापसाः । क्रुधा तदैव जीयंते हारिण्या तपसां श्रियः
manākciṃtitamātraṃ tu cellabhaṃte na tāpasāḥ | krudhā tadaiva jīyaṃte hāriṇyā tapasāṃ śriyaḥ
Kapag ang mga asceta’y hindi man lamang makamtan ang bahagyang naisip, kung gayon dahil sa galit, ang ningning na bunga ng kanilang tapas ay agad humihina at nawawala.
