namo viśvavidhānajñe vidhe vividhakāriṇi | sutaṃ vaṃśakaraṃ dehi tuṣṭāmuṣmādvratācchubhāt

Translation

Pagpupugay sa Iyo na nakaaalam ng kaayusan ng sansinukob—O Tagapag-ayos, O gumagawa ng sari-saring gawa. Palugdan Ka nawa sa aming mapalad na panatang ito, at ipagkaloob Mo sa amin ang isang anak na magpapatuloy ng angkan.
