Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 53

ब्राह्मणान्वाचयेत्पश्चान्निष्पापोहमिति ब्रुवन् । एवं कुर्वन्नरः प्राज्ञो निरेना जायते क्षणात्

brāhmaṇānvācayetpaścānniṣpāpohamiti bruvan | evaṃ kurvannaraḥ prājño nirenā jāyate kṣaṇāt

Pagkaraan, ipabigkas niya sa mga Brāhmaṇa ang mga banal na teksto at pagpapala, na nagsasabing, “Ako’y walang kasalanan.” Sa ganitong gawain, ang marunong na tao’y agad na nagiging malaya sa pagkakautang at pananagutan.
