राज्ञां क्रतुक्रियाभ्योपि तीर्थेभ्योपि समंततः । प्रजापालनमेवैको धर्मः प्रोक्तो मनीषिभिः
rājñāṃ kratukriyābhyopi tīrthebhyopi samaṃtataḥ | prajāpālanamevaiko dharmaḥ prokto manīṣibhiḥ
Para sa mga hari, higit pa sa mga ritwal ng yajña at higit pa sa mga paglalakbay sa mga tīrtha sa lahat ng dako, iisa ang pangunahing dharma na ipinahayag ng mga pantas: ang pag-iingat at pag-aaruga sa mga mamamayan.
