Transliteration

brahmacaryaṃ dṛḍhaṃ kṛtvā tapa ugraṃ cacāra ha | uttarārkasya devasya samīpe sthiramānasā

Translation

Matatag niyang niyakap ang brahmacarya, at nagsagawa ng mabibigat na pag-aayuno at pagninilay; di matinag ang loob, pinanatiling payapa ang isip sa piling ng diyos na tinatawag na Uttarārka.
