Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 83

शुद्धिमेति यदा सर्वं नाडीचक्र मनाकुलम् । तदैव जायते योगी क्षमः प्राणनिरोधने

śuddhimeti yadā sarvaṃ nāḍīcakra manākulam | tadaiva jāyate yogī kṣamaḥ prāṇanirodhane

Kapag ang buong gulong ng mga nāḍī ay nalinis at wala nang kaguluhan, saka tunay na sumisilang ang yogin na may kakayahang pigilin ang prāṇa.
