Hindi rin nakakamtan ang yoga sa lotus na upo lamang, ni sa pagtitig sa dulo ng ilong. Hindi sa mga ritwal ng paglilinis, hindi sa pananahimik, ni kahit sa pagsamba sa mga mantra lamang.
