Type: kshetra
Scene: A solitary yati seated in padmāsana on a Kāśī ghāṭa or in a quiet grove, eyes half-closed, attention fixed between the eyebrows; a dark circular maṇḍala at the brow with subtle wind-motifs; Śiva/Īśa as a luminous presence above or behind.
Inner mastery—especially of prāṇa—supports steadiness of mind and prepares the seeker for higher realization under Śiva’s lordship.
The yogic instruction is given within Kāśī Khaṇḍa’s sacred setting; it does not name a particular tīrtha in this verse.
A dhyāna/japa-style prescription: focus between the eyebrows on vāyu-tattva and contemplate the bīja ‘yaṃ’ with Īśa as presiding deity.
