Transliteration

jātumāṃsaṃ na bhoktavyaṃ prāṇaiḥ kaṃṭhagatairapi | bhoktavyaṃ tarhi bhoktavyaṃ svamāṃsaṃ netarasya ca

Translation

Huwag kailanman kakain ng karne, kahit ang buhay ay nasa lalamunan na. Kung may dapat kainin, kainin na lamang ang sariling laman, hindi ang sa iba.
