Narrator (contextual prose describing Agastya’s actions)
Scene: A sage/devotee finishes praising Skanda, then circles him two or three times; the sanctified space opens as he steps forward; Skanda’s attendants gesture hospitality; the devotee is invited to sit.
Devotion is expressed through right conduct—praise, repeated salutations, circumambulation, and humble approach.
The action unfolds within the Kāśī-khaṇḍa narrative world, reflecting Kāśī’s culture of darśana and worship.
Parikramā (circumambulation) two or three times, accompanied by repeated namaskāra.
