Skanda (narrating to Agastya, Kāśīkhaṇḍa context)
Tirtha: Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Scene: Nārada, veena in hand, smiles with inner joy upon seeing a figure of mixed/dual aspect yet marked by soft gentleness; the atmosphere is calm, reverent, and luminous.
Humility and reverence are higher than external status; they naturally delight and attract the minds of the saintly.
The broader passage belongs to the Kāśī-khaṇḍa (glorification of Vārāṇasī/Kāśī), though this verse highlights virtue rather than a named tīrtha.
No specific ritual is prescribed here; the emphasis is on praśraya (humble conduct) as dharma.
